FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For all in-stock inventory please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing prior to shipping time, for out of stock items we will contact you with the date the item is available to ship.

International Orders:

International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office. Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping rates can be calculated in your cart prior to check out. For transit times please visit www.usps.com


RETURN POLICY

Mary Frances Accessories will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused, damaged merchandise purchased within 15 days of ship date, less shipping costs. Email us at support@maryfrances.com with your name, contact information, and original order number, within 15 days of ship date. We will contact you with an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number, as well as instructions on returning your item. All returns must be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx insured with your assigned RMA clearly printed on the outside of the box. All other returns will be refused and returned to sender. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.Mary Frances Accessories has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition.

Signed Bags: Handbags signed by Mary Frances are not returnable. Store purchases must be returned to the boutique where the original purchase was made.
