Retail Returns & Repairs

RETURN POLICY

Each unique piece in the Mary Frances collection is handmade by skilled artisans. There may be slight variations or irregularities which are consistent with handmade items. These variations are what make every Mary Frances bag one of a kind and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We want you to love your purchase! Should you change your mind, returns are eligible for a refund, less shipping costs, if they are made within 15 days of ship date. Refunds on orders that originally shipped free will incur a $10.00 return fee. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: Unused, with original tags, bead pack, dust cover, packaging, etc. Returns that do not meet this policy will be sent back to you. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Instructions: Please email customerservice@maryfrances.com with your name, contact information and original order number within 15 days of ship date. We will contact you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as well as instructions on returning your item. You may ship back using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Clearly notate your assigned RMA on the outside of the box. We recommend insuring the package. Should you choose not to insure, you are responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Signed Handbags:

Handbags signed by Mary Frances are not returnable unless authorized.

Store purchases:

Handbags purchased at a retail location must be returned to the store where the original purchase was made unless authorized.


REPAIR POLICY

Mary Frances Accessories does offer repair services for your handbags. Please email customerservice@maryfrances.com with your name, contact information, estimated date of purchase and a general description of the requested repair. If possible to include, photos are very helpful in our evaluation. Once we receive your request, we will reply with an estimated repair fee between $25.00 and $50.00 plus shipping.

If you choose to follow through with the repair, we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as well as instructions on returning your item. You may ship back using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Clearly notate your assigned RMA on the outside of the box. We recommend insuring the package. Should you choose not to insure, you are responsible for any lost or damaged package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are subject to repairability. Upon merchandise inspection, we will contact you if we feel the fee should be amended. If merchandise is unrepairable, the bag will be returned at the cost of the sender (as previously noted, photos are extremely helpful).

International Customers: Please note that the shipping, handling and repair costs do NOT include the customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and in many countries are calculated based on the original price of the item, not the sale price.
