HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For all in-stock inventory please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing prior to shipping time, if the item you ordered is on back-order you will be contacted with an approximate shipping date. Orders place on Saturday or Sunday will begin the shipping process on the following Monday.

Mary Frances Accessories will be glad to refund or exchange any new, unused, damaged merchandise purchased within 15 days of ship date, less shipping costs. Email us at email@example.com
with your name, contact information, and original order number, within 15 days of ship date. We will contact you with an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number, as well as instructions on returning your item. All returns must be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx insured with your assigned RMA clearly printed on the outside of the box. All other returns will be refused and returned to sender. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.Mary Frances Accessories has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition.
Handbags signed by Mary Frances are not returnable.
Handbags purchased at a retail location must be returned to the store where the original purchase was made.
